I tried my best to control my breathing and to ignore the aching pain in my muscles, so I could instead focus on the task at hand. However, I was eventually gasping for air, and every limb on my body felt like it was about to fall off, causing me to stop and take a well needed break. I couldn't help but question myself as to why I, Annie Clase, would agree to this. The excruciating exercising I had just completed doing wasn't even the worst part of my training. No, the worst part of training was what I had to do next, have Tejer try and make me better at using my power. He would explain what I needed to do and make it sound so simple, but when I attempted to make my mind and body do as he said, it never worked. And it can get so frustrating. But I keep trying and trying because everyday I come out of training just a bit stronger, and a little bit better at using my power that up until recently, I did not know I possessed. That's what makes it all worth it. The fact that soon I will be good enough to be recruited for missions, and be able to help people.
